Founded in Chicago in 1988, Shred Shop grew from a small skate and snowboard store into one of the largest core shops in the Midwest, becoming a staple in the skate and snowboard industries. As the shop evolved, so did the roles, including managing a nationally gold-ranked snowboard team and cultivating partnerships with brands for rider sponsorships, events, and exclusive collaborations.

Eventually, this role expanded to managing the brand itself, encompassing content creation, product management, web design, marketing, and social media. This included crafting a distinct brand voice and developing a data-driven online strategy to build a community that connected customers with the culture, the ShredShop.com brand, and its products.

Played a pivotal role in projects such as the comprehensive redesign of product pages and website layout to improve SEO and keyword optimization. This required cross-departmental coordination and clear communication to deliver cohesive, customer-centric online content that aligned with the in-store sales experience and showcased product expertise.
