Creators Space
Program Development, Gallery Director, Event Coordination, and Community Outreach.
Revitalizing Creators Space entailed crafting a comprehensive plan to relaunch a 3,000 sq. ft. co-working studio and gallery, emphasizing artistic diversity, community inclusion, wellness, and accessibility for local artists. A cornerstone of this effort was establishing a fellowship program that granted studio access to artists beyond traditional paid memberships, which proved instrumental in achieving sustainable membership levels by the end of its second year.
The role at Creators Space involved daily management of a multidisciplinary team to bring a newly conceptualized creative venue to life. This included developing programs for classes, activating spaces, and implementing an online scheduling system. Coordinating community events, curating gallery exhibitions, organizing artist markets, and overseeing space rentals ensured seamless operations and vibrant community engagement.
